Rodney Elliott

A Baltimore native, Rodney attended the John Carroll School in Harford County where he was an integral part of the basketball program. Basketball gave him the platform to demonstrate his unmatched passion for driving teamwork and leading by example. He received his bachelor’s degree in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Rod’s entrepreneurial spirit paved the way for his entrance into real estate, starting in property management as a Property Management Coordinator with Prosperity Property Management.  While a licensed realtor, Rod found his niche in transaction management where he contributed to transactions ranging from $10K to $5M. Also, a licensed visual inspector, Rod is partnered with AJ’s Home Inspections as the head lead inspector. 

As a licensed realtor in Maryland & Florida, Rod provides strategic marketing and transaction management services to his clients. His versatility and vast experience in the real estate industry is a major asset. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, he is an active member of his local recreation and youth sports programs as an advocate, leader, mentor and coach. Rod is in process of developing a non-profit focused on autism awareness. He loves spending time with family (especially his son Aiden), traveling, and giving back to his community. As a tech enthusiast and former student athlete, Rodney believes, that "self-belief and hard work will always earn success."
